Misha Lakhani Collection at PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week 2013 Day 1 was named ‘Configurations’ for embracing feminine prints in variety of colors and styles.
The Configurations Collection was magnified with Mughal era geometric configurations which were derived from domed ceilings with repeated floweret done with cutwork, applique, digital textile printing and delicate embroidery and also delicate drape of sari in dresses, drapery, languid shapes, drop waists, cutwork and versatile pieces. The fabric used was crushed silk, chiffon georgette, crepe, karandi, net, jamavar and shamose satin in hues like citronelle green, olive, teal, ivory, cranberry and red.
All dresses created a traditional but international trend which made Misha Lakhani Collection more palatable at PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week 2013. Models for her show were styled by the creative teams at Nabila. The Official Photography was done by Faisal Farooqui and team at Dragonfly.
